Bach Cantata Concert;

After a successful collaboration in May 2021 the superb Adelaide Cantata Band is returning to Bethlehem for a Friday night cantata concert and Sunday Vespers Service.

Friday 27 May, 6.30pm-7.30pm: Bach Cantata Concert

Two Bach cantatas including the Easter cantata, Christ lag in Todesbanden, BWV 4, performed by vocal soloists and an expert Baroque instrumental ensemble including Baroque brass.

Sunday 29 May, 7pm: Vespers Service with Cantata (Cantata Talk at 6.30pm)

Cantata BWV 4 will be presented again by Adelaide Cantata Band as part of a Vespers Service. The service will be preceded by a cantata talk by Rev. Dr John Kleinig at 6.30pm.

A retiring offering will go to the Bethlehem Music Fund – Bethlehem is co-sponsoring the Adelaide Cantata Band for these performances.
